Kenya, located in East Africa, is a country of diverse geography and climate. The country's terrain ranges from the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya, the highest mountain in the country and the second-highest in Africa, to the arid deserts of the north and the low-lying coast along the Indian Ocean. The Great Rift Valley, which runs from Lebanon to Mozambique, passes through Kenya, creating a series of valleys, lakes, and mountains that dominate the country's landscape.Kenya's climate varies greatly depending on the region. The coastal regions are generally hot and humid, with temperatures ranging from 22°C to 30°C (72°F to 86°F) throughout the year. The central highlands, where cities like Nairobi and Kisumu are located, have a more temperate climate, with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C (50°F to 77°F). The northern regions are arid and semi-arid, with very little rainfall and high temperatures. Kenya has two rainy seasons, the long rains from March to May and the short rains from October to December.
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome by our driver guide. You'll then be transferred to The Concord Hotel & Suites Nairobi, where a comfortable night's stay awaits on a half-board basis.Spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing after your journey.
